Professional dancer, instructor, choreographer, and international judge. A former member of Team Bacardi, he has represented Puerto Rico worldwide and performed on renowned stages such as Carnegie Hall and Madison Square Garden. Dicky has choreographed for artists like Jerry Rivera and N’Klabe and continues to teach and inspire through workshops across Puerto Rico and abroad. 

Kat is a World Champion and professional Fusion Bachata Dancer, Instructor and Director of Ferocity Dance Company. She focuses on technique & learning but also provides a space/freedom for anyone to be authentic and their true selves as they navigate through the art of dance!

 Founders of MDN Latin Dance Studio and the MDN International Salsa Congress, Marcus and Diana are a world-champion couple dedicated to inspiring dancers through education, artistry, and culture. Marcus is one of the few instructors certified by the legendary Eddie Torres, and together they’ve built a vibrant dance community driven by passion, discipline, and family. 

 Jose and Isabel Maldonado are experts dedicated to providing you with quality instruction and a deep understanding of Latin music. With years of experience, they'll guide you to master the steps of Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, and more, allowing you to connect with the rich heritage of each dance. With them, you'll unleash your inner dancer. 

Margie began her dance journey in 2007 with Mambo and later expanded into Bachata  in 2011. She trained with world-renowned instructors such as  Eddie Torres, Antonio Doza, and Island Touch, and she was among the first Bachata instructors at Adolfo Indacochea’s Empire Mambo in NYC. In 2017, she launched Mi Esencia NY, expanding to Mi Esencia NJ in 2024.

Chesco is a dynamic dancer and instructor with training in American Ballroom, Salsa On1, Modern/Sensual Bachata, and Brazilian Zouk. He has taught and performed with respected schools such as Ferocity Dance Company and joined Born2Dance in 2021. Today, he focuses on Bachata, Zouk, and their unique BachaZouk fusion — sharing his love for dance with the mission of building one united community. 

 With over 20 years of experience, this Colombian-born, New York-raised choreographer and instructor is an expert in salsa and bachata. The proud founder of three salsa performance teams, his work with organizations like the NBA and NFL showcases his versatile skills as a performer and coach. 

Vincent Jones and Rachel Booth are world champion Latin dancers, renowned for their multiple titles in international salsa and bachata competitions. As the directors of CrossBody Dance + Movement, their unique teaching style combines Rachel's versatility with Vincent's vast experience to provide students with the skills and confidence to master any dance floor. 

 Victor Hernandez is an Afro-Cuban movement director from New York who uniquely fuses strength and art. A world champion in powerlifting and strongman with over 30 titles, he has also earned 9 state and regional dance championships. As the director of Spirits N Motion 3.0, his style is based on authenticity and storytelling, creating choreographies that reflect his powerful life journey. 

Elena, based in St. Louis, has trained with world champions since 2017, specializing in Bachata while also studying Salsa, Zouk, and Lambada. With an athletic background since 2002 and roots in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan, she brings strength, discipline, and rich cultural influences to her unique dance style.
